About Prime Care

Quality health care for all

Prime Care Medical Services is a specialist outpatient clinic in central Freetown, Sierra Leone. We focus on cardiology, mental health, and general physician care — three things that matter for most of the people who walk through our doors.

We were founded by a small group of Sierra Leonean specialists who saw a gap: patients travelling long distances or going without specialist care because services were fragmented or out of reach. Prime Care brings consultation, diagnostics, and pharmacy onto one site, with one shared record across all three specialists.

Beyond the clinic, our partners run clinical research in cardiovascular and mental health, and train Sierra Leonean doctors and nurses in BLS and ACLS. We see Prime Care as part of the long answer to non-communicable disease in Sierra Leone.
